Our bodies have more than 200 bones, over 600 muscles and approximately 230 moveable and semi-moveable joints.
Let's face it, our bodies are extremely complex!
Personal trainers have been educated in these complexities and therefore, are uniquely qualified to help you achieve your physical fitness goals as safely and quickly as possible. In addition, Personal Trainers are continuously re-educating themselves to make sure they keep up to date with the latest and greatest fitness programs, exercises and techniques, while distinguishing between the fitness marketing hype.

Jon G.

I have been personal training for over 15 years now with companies throughout the Southeast. I have trained clients varying in age from preteen to over 80 years in age.
While I do have a preference in training styles I cater each training session to the client and what their goals are using techniques in strength training, core training, aerobic training, cross-fit training, plyometrics as well as group training. My wife and I both practice a healthy and fit lifestyle as she is a certified sports nutritionist and the knowledge that I gain from her expertise I use with my clients.
I strive every day to learn more about fitness, training and nutrition so that I may better apply newfound methods for myself and my clients. I truly feel that fitness and health are gained through a lifestyle change with the proper motivation and knowhow. My motto is simple: "Find time for fitness now or make time for sickness later"
