Karen's experience lies in weight loss, total body transformations, sports performance, bodybuilding, strength training, and training to fight and prevent disease. Karen is very passionate about working with people to help them view exercise and nutrition as a way of life and not just a short term program or diet.
She loves helping people through lifestyle changes and believes exercise and eating should be fun and exciting and something to look forward to on a daily basis. She believes in designing programs based on individual needs and is a strong believer in healing through foods and the mind body spirit connection.
