Mike B.

Mike B. holds a Bachelors' of Science in Health with a track in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida.
He is currently a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with CPR/AED American Red Cross certification. He lives at the beach and can often be found running, surfing, or even working out with clients at the beach or beach area parks.
Mike has had a strong quest for fitness knowledge and has held several personal training and fitness certifications since 1998. His most recent certification includes highly recognized Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He brings over six years of experience to the table as a former YMCA Fitness Specialist and has more than three years of clinical experience working locally as an ATC.
Some of his experience includes working with youth fitness, generalized fitness, weight loss, endurance, and sport-specific training. Mike also has worked with both high school and collegiate athletes. Helping patients and injured athletes has allowed him to make adaptations to exercise regimes to keep active individuals from missing out on everyday life.
Mike believes that no matter what your goals might be he can help anyone wanting a healthier and fit lifestyle.
